Our Pricing Strategy

Every text requires individual attention and very personal approach. Our translation rates are, therefore, very individual in each case. Please, send us a sample of your text and we will provide a quote. There are two ways of calculating the cost of the final translation:

Rate per word in the source language: This method is used to calculate the final price of the translation before starting the actual work. Our rate per word starts from 0.07 and varies up to 0.12 Euro cents. The translation price depends on the complexity of the text and the volume of words. This applies for the most wanted common languages as described in the table below. Please, send us a request for an offer based on your needs.

Rate per character in the target language: This method for calculation is usually used for documents in pdf or picture format where the source words cannot be initially counted. The translation rates shown in the tables below are calculated based on the number of characters in the target translated text. One standard translated page contains 1800 characters with spaces after the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization (BDS). We charge an additional fee for documents requiring legalization.
